Where are you based and where do you plan weddings?

Emma Reeve Weddings & Events is based in Surrey, on the Kent and West Sussex border. We are more than happy to travel wherever your wedding or event is taking place. This year we will travelling to weddings in Surrey, Kent, Sussex, London, Hampshire, Dorset and Northern France regions.

If your wedding or event is taking place further afield in Southern France, rest of Europe, Cotswolds, Midlands, Wales or Scotland then please do enquire and we’d be happy to create a bespoke for you.

Do you charge for travel and accommodation?

Our full wedding planning service quote includes all of our travel and accommodation. Our On the Day Coordination service will charge additionally for travel and accommodation if your Wedding or Event is taking place outside of a 50 mile radius of RH7.

Do you plan marquee weddings?

Marquee weddings are some of the most personal and special weddings we plan, whether they are taking place with the backdrop of beautiful grounds like Findon Place or at your own family home. Marquee weddings require more logistical work and careful thought, we relish the opportunity to plan them.

How do we start working together?

If you’d love to work with Emma Reeve Weddings then please use the contact form on our website. You’ll receive a response within 48hrs which includes our fees and brochure. You’ll then be able to set up a no obligation call with us to meet Emma and learn more about how we can help you plan your wedding.

What type of venues do you work at?

We work at exclusive use venues in the UK as this is where you are able to truly personalise your wedding. These include some of the best country houses across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. We also plan weekend weddings in France at some of the most beautiful chateaus in Normandy, Brittany, Loire region and Il-de-France.

Do you have a preferred suppliers list and do we have to work with them?

The benefit of hiring a Wedding Planner is that we are well connected within the industry and are able to make the best recommendations for you. We work with expert, creative and professional suppliers with a range of budgets available. We’ll make recommendations that suit your wedding plans, however if you like a specific supplier you’ve seen online then we are also happy to work with new people if they are a good fit.

Can we see how you work before booking?

Yes! If you’d like to see how we plan weddings then just ask on our first enquiry call together. We’d be happy to show you examples of wedding planning folders and spreadsheets, the management systems we’ll collaboratively use and also the custom wedding RSVP site’s we build.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured with public liability insurance. We also highly recommend that you take out wedding insurance yourselves.
