A curated community for connection, collaboration and creative growth

Hosted by Emma Reeve, in collaboration with venues across the South Coast; our networking sessions are designed to bring together the South Coast’s vibrant event community - creating meaningful connections, encouraging collaboration, and showcasing everything our region has to offer.

While many of us regularly work in London, this community is proudly rooted on the South Coast and open to event professionals based locally . Our aim is to make networking more accessible, more intentional and more valuable, helping you build strong professional relationships closer to home.

Whether you’re a creative, supplier, planner, producer or venue, these sessions offer a welcoming space to connect, share ideas and grow together.

Our Values

We are building a community shaped by collaboration, kindness and creativity. These values guide how we show up, connect and support one another.

Community over competition
We collaborate, not compete. We believe everyone grows faster together.

Kindness is our currency
We lead with empathy, respect and positive intent — always.

Generosity of knowledge and skill
We share openly, support freely and lift others as we rise.

Creativity is celebrated
Fresh ideas, bold thinking and originality are welcomed here.

Innovation is encouraged
We challenge the status quo and embrace better ways of doing business.

Integrity above all
We show up, follow through and operate with honesty and trust.

If these values resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home.

How It Works

01 / Register Your Interest

Group of six happy people, five women and one man, posing together in a social gathering indoors with others in the background.

02 / Applications Reviewed and Invitations Are Sent

This helps us maintain a balanced and diverse mix of attendees.

Events take place every 6–8 weeks at carefully selected venues across the South Coast. Invitations are first sent to suppliers based closest to the event location.

03 / Collaborative Energy

Remaining tickets are shared via our newsletter, followed by social media, allowing us to introduce new guests and continue growing the community.

About the networking sessions

To ensure each event is valuable, welcoming and impactful, we keep numbers intentionally limited.

When you register, we ask a few questions about your business and your clients. This allows us to:

  • Create a diverse mix of business types and services

  • Balance different levels of experience and years in business

  • Bring together people who serve similar client communities

Our aim is to ensure that everyone who attends can benefit from the conversations they have, the connections they make, and the opportunities that arise.
